The spacious room and the air conditioning made my stay very comfortable.

Spacious rooms with comfy beddings 🛏️. The service here is top-notch. They even have public parking nearby for convenience. Plus, you can't beat the location right in the heart of town.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from a world-famous opera house which was ideal for our visit.

Reasonably priced hotel located adjacent to the city center, only 100 meters from St. Stephen's Cathedral and the subway station. Excellent service provided. Nicely furnished room with a "living area" and all necessary amenities.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to St Stephens Cathedral and all the cafes and shopping. It is in the center of Vienna, making it convenient to all major attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Daniel at the reception. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, offering a variety of options. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi and a bar with a wide selection of drinks.

The hotel lacks facilities and the Wi-Fi can be weak at times.

The room was spacious, the bed was clean, and the bathroom was immaculate, with friendly and helpful staff throughout the venue.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel Royal. The location was absolutely brilliant, just a stone's throw away from the iconic Stephansplatz cathedral and the metro station. We were surrounded by plenty of bars, shops, and even a supermarket. The view from our room on the top floor was simply breathtaking. We couldn't get enough of the antique mirrors in our room and throughout the hotel. The staff were delightful, making us feel welcome and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The little touches like chocolates on the pillows were a lovely gesture. The breakfast was superb, with a wide range of choices including gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk. We also had the pleasure of dining in the restaurant twice and were blown away by the delicious meals and delightful staff. Even when we arrived late due to the snow, nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, spotlessly clean everywhere we looked.
